About us
A network of Cuban-trained Africans
OADESSCA, the Organization of Strategic Allies for the Economic, Social, Sustainable and Cultural Development of Africa, brings together African professionals trained in Cuba.

Africans trained in Cuba share an education, a set of values and a duty to the continent.
Vision
To build a united, prosperous, self-reliant and fully integrated Africa, driven by knowledge, solidarity and sustainable development.
Mission
To mobilize African professionals trained in Cuba as a strategic network of excellence advancing the transformation of the continent through South–South cooperation, Pan-African integration and sustainable development.
How OADESSCA is organised
OADESSCA is governed by a General Assembly, a Council of Directors and a Fiscal Council, with a Secretary-General coordinating its work.
Its political headquarters are in Accra, Ghana, and its economic headquarters in Luanda, Angola. National associations of Cuban-trained graduates are coordinated by OADESSCA and share a common identity framework.
